Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is centered around the skill of taking an opponent down to the ground and wrestling for dominant control positions from where the opponent can be rendered harmless.

Wrestling

Wrestling is a hand-to-hand combat system and a set of combat sports involving grappling-type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. The main objective of wrestling is for the player to pin their opponent onto their back.

Taekwondo

Taekwondo is a traditional Korean martial art, which means “the way of kicking and punching”. In taekwondo, hands and feet can be used to overcome an opponent, but the trademark of the sport is its combination of kick movements. It is a discipline that shows ways of enhancing our spirit and life through training our body and mind.

Boxing

Boxing is a combat sport that involves fighting with fists. Boxing is great exercise for kids and adults. It helps channel energy and aggression, allowing students to decompress. Boxing also builds confidence and character traits such as determination and self discipline.

Muay Thai Kick Boxing

Muay Thai, which translates to “Thai Boxing”, is the national sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs”, as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees and shins.

Cardio Kick Boxing

Cardio Kickboxing involves martial art movements such as punching, kicking, and knee strikes. Improve coordination, build strength, conditioning and flexibility. Burn calories while challenging yourself whether you are a beginner or an athlete.

The Haul (Functional Fitness)

The Haul (functional fitness) is a form of high intensity interval training, The Haul is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
